90-Day Mechanical and Structural Warranty
Buying a home comes with inherent risks. With our warranty, you can sleep better. The warranty is valid 90 Days from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing whichever comes later. You will always have at least 22 days of coverage.
This warranty covers repairs to items we found to be in good working condition at the time of inspection and are specifically listed within the warranty. You will never have a deductible to pay. Examples of items include plumbing, water lines, kitchen appliances, and furnaces to name a few.

RecallChek
If a manufacturer designs a dangerous product they must recall that item and fix it free of charge. However, if you aren't the original buyer of your home's appliances the manufacturer often has no way to let you know a product has been recalled.
With RecallChek, we record the model numbers and serial numbers of the appliances that come with your home. We then enter this data into the RecallChek system and they email you a report with information about any active recalls.

SewerGard
Sewer repairs are often costly repairs. The last thing you need after you purchase your home is another costly repair bill. With SewarGard, you're covered for 90 days after your inspection or 22 days after closing if there is an issue with the sewers of your home. If you opt for a Sewer Scan inspection you get an additional 6 months of coverage!

5 Year Roof Protection Plan
All roofs leak, it's just a matter of time. If your roof has a new leak within 5 years you're covered for repair costs up to $3,000. It's a tremendous peace of mind to have as roof repairs can be costly.

Mold Safe
Mold can wreak havoc on the breathing health of your family. If new visible mold appears after your home inspection you're covered for remediation (removal) of visible mold on permanent surfaces of the home. This is valid for 90 days after the inspection or 22 days after closing whichever is later.
